The public website is designed to minimise unnecessary tracking.
Current position
The bespoke public theme does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. The homepage Terms of Access acknowledgement is stored in browser session storage rather than as a persistent tracking cookie.
WordPress and administrative cookies
WordPress may set cookies for authenticated administrators and for essential technical functions. These are not used to build advertising profiles.
Server and security technologies
Hosting, DNS, content-delivery or security providers may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver and protect the website. Their processing is governed by the relevant provider arrangements and applicable law.
Future changes
If analytics, embedded media, marketing technology or other non-essential tracking is introduced, the website should be reassessed and, where legally required, an appropriate consent mechanism should be implemented before those technologies are activated.
Browser controls
Users can control or delete browser cookies through their browser settings. Restricting essential cookies may affect authenticated or secure services.
