Investment Strategies

Cross-Asset Strategies

The original Nocturnal concept contemplated opportunities that could sit across traditional asset-class boundaries. The rebuilt site treats that concept more narrowly and with a clear legal perimeter.

Situation first. Classification second.

A corporate situation can involve operating businesses, property, contractual rights, claims, minority interests or other assets. The relevant question is whether the situation can be understood, controlled or influenced and pursued lawfully on a principal basis.

This page does not describe a cross-asset fund, trading strategy, public-securities service, credit product, digital-asset programme or investment mandate.

Where cross-asset thinking can matter

Any activity involving regulated instruments or services is subject to separate jurisdiction-specific legal analysis before it is undertaken.
